The Seven Sisters
Acrylic on canvas, series of 7. Above you see the fourth and fifth painting. Each painting will be 50 x 80 cm (19,6 x 31,5 inches).
A wonderful book about Guardians of Crystals inspired me to create a series of 7 paintings or portraits, of 7 beings representing a combination of energies and meanings like: the 7 rays, the 7 main chakra's, 7 beautiful crystals, and so on. It is a pleasure to work on and after finishing 1 painting, the ones that were 'finished ' before, are changing again. The background connects and continues throughout all paintings. The combined energies of these colourful images are wonderful to experience. See also Ruby, the first one of this series.
Now I will have to find a proper wall to have them all lined up...
