Graphic design and lay-out of your website

Soul & Art only delivers tailor-made design. The design of your website is made conform your wishes regarding imago, style, colourscheme and expression. In this process our intuitive way of working is a valuable instrument in creating a crystal clear structure and layout of a website that suits your style, energy and expresses your unique qualities.
When your site is being built by others, we provide you with the layout, structure and all pictures on webresolution. In this situation clear communication between designer and builder are of utmost importance. Thanks to our experience in working closely with IT companies we know how to keep the communication clear.

Building your website

If you wish we can continue the design process with building your website and putting it online. The main programs we use to build websites are Dreamweaver and Joomla. Ofcourse we tune into the technical possiblities and wishes of our clients. If the way your site looks is very important to you and you want to be able to edit the content regularly, a website built in Dreamweaver (a wysiwtg editor) is a good choice.
If you wish to be free to edit and change the menus and structure of your website, a site built in Joomla (with a handy CMS) is the perfect choice. Joomla! is an open source program that offers great dynamical components, like webshops and photo-albums and much more. For real technical issues we also established a valuable co-operation with a wonderful Englishman.This has led to an expansion of the possibilities that we can offer you for your website.

What you do

You provide us with he content of your website (texts, illustrations like logo's, pictures, photographs) when we are building it for you. It is also possible to deliver the complete structured website in 'empty pages', a format that you only have to fill with content later.
Before we design and build a website, the structure must be clear. That means that you have a good picture in your mind of what items you want to communicate on what pages. A flowchart is very helpfull in defining that structure. If you wish, we can assist you in creating the structure of your website.

Because our websites are tailor-made, our prices are depending on (technical) complexity, formats and size of your website. We can make you an offer based on the information needed to estimate the time that we will need to design and/our build your site.

Additional information: This website is for a dutch company that imports natural health-products, homeopathic medicines and natural cosmetics. It contains a public section where consumers/visitors can find information about all products, courses, visit a webshop (external) and websites about the special products. Professionals who work with products of this company can also find extended information about each product, consult a vademecum, see priceslists and find more information on trainings, new items, ask questions to specialists etc. Built with CMS the site is now easy to maintain and update for the owner. In time there will be more languages added.

Montfaucon (www.montfaucon.be)

Additional information: Joomla project with several tailor-made features. At mouse-over at the homepage you see alternating images in the grid, that are also the navigation from the homepage to following pages. At the bottom of the homepage a flash-animation with texts. Visual differentiation of sections within the site realised by using two strong colours orange and blue, as used in the logo and stationary (also created by Soul & Art) of our client. Content Management completely done and updated by Soul & Art - a new service package for those who don't have time to do this themselves.

Executive Resonant (www.executiveresonant.eu)

Additional information: Subtle design, radiating quality, clarity, reflection and simplicity to match the vision, logo and other corporate communication of our client. Joomla project. The logo and stationary are also created by Soul & Art.

Executive Wisdom (www.executivewisdom.eu)

Additional information: Small site, matching vision, logo and other corporate communications of our client. The logo and stationary were also created by Soul & Art. The element 'water' has been integrated to the original style of the site. Joomla project. Content completely by client.

Spirituele Relatie (website about spiritual relationships)

Additional information: Joomla project. Special features: registration forms for relation counseling, to subscribe for a workshop.

Additional information: This website is almost identical to the Dutch version, but is totally bilangual and holds slightly different content. Including tailor-made store-locator and log-in for professionals. Language can be chosen on every page if you wish. Joomla project. Every topic has its own template.

Praktijk Estrella (Touch for Health, healing and courses)

This website was created in Joomla to enable our client to frequently edit and change it to her liking as much as possible. The three main activities all have a different look.The website includes a photogallery for registered visitors.

Additional information: since this website must be opdated daily and is aiming to provide visiters with lots of (background and media) information, it is made in Joomla. This comes with some restrictions in the design but it has become an eye-friendly, easy to read website.

Sinterklaasreserveerlijn (Utrecht en omstreken):

NOte: St. Nicholas is a typical Dutch tradition. He and the Santaclaus could be related. On December 5th everyone celebrates this day (strange, he died on December 6th) with giving each other lots of presents, preferribly with poems (and practical jokes). This site has been created with a handy WYSIWYG-editor (moonfruit).

This website was tailormade in Dreamweaver. Our client wanted a site in two languages.

Additional info: Because this website will be an international and multi-language portal, a hosting company was chosen that offers a high-quality all-in-one system. This came with a few destrictions for the design and layout. The flash-menu and the general structure were supplied by the same company.

Isle of Wight Walks (selfcatering accomocation on the Isle of Wight)
